About the Project
This project focuses on developing and redesigning the Osakar website to improve its functionality and user experience. Our goal is to create a modern, responsive website that works on all devices, meeting the growing needs of the client's brand.
My Responsibilities in This Project (as a Project Manager and UI/UX Designer):
Communicate with the client to analyze needs and gather requirements.
Build a timeline for the project, ensuring all phases are planned.
Create a sitemap, define features, and develop wireframes for the website layout.
Build a Design System to ensure consistency across the site and design the user interface.
Work closely with the development team to track progress and solve issues.
Collaborate with the client to test for bugs and ensure a smooth user experience.
Prepare handover documents for the client and provide training on how to use the CMS effectively.
